The ankh symbol
In ancient Egypt, the ankh referred to the gods who were often depicted wearing this symbol, indicating their powers over life and death (their immortality).
The ankh was linked (as a symbol of rebirth) to the goddess Isis and her husband Osiris. Indeed, when Osiris was killed by his brother (the god Set), his wife resurrected him with the help of the god of afterlife, Anubis.
The eye of Ra
Ra is a god who fight the forces of chaos, which threaten his 42 laws. However, this fight includes both the humans (who spread disorder) and cosmic powers (like the divine serpent of chaos Apep that Ra and other gods fight every night to avoid that this snake eats the Sun).
