WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require a maximum of 10 to 15 working days from our team. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.
MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on our stocks. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery, Egyptian History™ takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not send the fault back to the carrier by letting you "manage". We assume full responsibility by immediately returning a new package to you at our expense.

Cancellation & Return
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.
Our products undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@egyptian-history.com with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ARTICLE
It is quite possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 60% of the purchase price.

ONE OF MY ARTICLES IS TOO SMALL/LARGE?
All our articles are accompanied by an online size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can be very frustrating.

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

Egyptian History™ ships its articles by complying with all customs formalities. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
